Its weekend and the service depts such as IT, Administration, Maintenance, Finance or HR in your organization must have planned to perform the task that might be non accessible or executable in week days. Mostly IT, Administration & Maintenance dept are working extra hours to meet the service level, ensuring continuous service and to be on Par. We as users mostly dont bother or even realize that how the things are running without any stoppage or trouble, but we do create huge hue & cry if our ACs stop working, Network server gets down, machinery malfunctions or any other issue arises which effects our working flow. In such situation, what we all do in our organization, we starts abusing and pointing fingers on the service staff. Lets Be HUMBLE, RESPECT & APPRECIATE them as they all are doing thankless jobs. If i look back a decade, we still had that values & connections within families, with neighbors, with colleagues with people arround us. In now a days, in this era of social media, so called  Global village, we hardly get in touch with the people arround us, this social media might have brought closer the distant world but it had created a space arround us with the people arround us. It might be also because of the buzy schedules or is it that even now a days a child feels so buzy in these time consuming apps, games, activities that we all have been programed to be on the status of BUZY all the time. What is this status BUZY is? BUZY is nothing in my opinion, we do all those stuff which we have priorities, all of us born in 70s-80s have failed to pass on the VALUES & PRIORITIES in the next generation. I envy those who keep smiling in deep deep shit but I really feels bad for those who always thinks they are the only one having issues and problems in life or they think so isolation that they never realize there are people among them who hav more wounds and broken hearts then us... its my 7th Year RESOLUTION...whatever happens i wont let go my SMILE away from me or the people among me ever...i ll become the source of energy, motivation and provide them will power to do better and stand up with more courage, strong will power and BIG SMILE... MORAL OF THE STORY: How DEEP u have been hurt, how DEEP in mess u r & how often bad luck is following u....just look around yourself to the ppl who have more probs than u, help them and KEEP SMILING :) naaah LIKE THIS >>>> :D there is too much in life for us..but search out for others is what we r here for ....:) Learn to smile ;)
